Our Pitch regulations

Home / Pitch regulations

Dear Camping Guest,

The owners and staff of Camping am Königsberg warmly welcome you and wish you a relaxing stay. We aim to make your time on the campsite as pleasant as possible.

In the interest of all our camping guests, we kindly ask you and your visitors to avoid anything that could disturb the camping community. Please adhere to the following site rules:

  1. Please register at the reception upon arrival. Both holiday guests and day visitors are required to register their visit and are subject to a visitor fee. Day visitors are requested to leave the campsite by 10:00 PM.
  2. The assigned pitch may only be occupied by one visiting unit (tent, caravan, or motorhome). Additional small tents may be allowed upon registration.
  3. Please complete your departure formalities by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. The pitch must be left clean by 12:00 PM on the day of departure. Rental accommodations must be left clean by 11:00 AM.
  4. Instructions from the owners or the site manager must be followed, particularly regarding the placement of vehicles, caravans, tents, and similar setups.
  5. Please ensure that no one is endangered or inconvenienced by tent pegs, guy ropes, or other tent accessories.
  6. The pitch must be kept clean. Digging trenches is not permitted. Furthermore, cars, trailers, etc. may only be parked in designated areas outside the parcel.
  7. To protect the grass, plastic sheeting and similar items must not be placed on the ground, except for air-permeable grid mats.
  8. Smoking is prohibited in all buildings.
  9. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, no vehicles are allowed to enter the campsite. Radios, televisions, CD, and MP3 players, and similar devices must be kept at tent volume. In the interest of all guests, loud conversations should also be avoided during these hours. Noise that disturbs the peace should also be avoided during the day. Anyone who grossly violates quiet hours may be asked to leave the site immediately.
  10. The campsite is a pedestrian zone. For safety reasons, vehicles may not exceed 10 km/h. The road traffic regulations apply on the site.
  11. For caravans and motorhomes with gas systems, a legally required safety inspection must be proven. Gas cylinders (even empty ones) must only be transported with the safety cap attached.
  12. Please sort your waste at the recycling center near the campsite entrance. The containers are clearly marked. No bulky waste or hazardous waste is accepted.
  13. Cleanliness is important to you, too. We therefore ask you to leave the sanitary facilities as you found them. Children under 7 years old may only enter the sanitary and toilet areas when accompanied by an adult. Smoking and bringing bottles or glasses into the sanitary areas is not permitted.
  14. Please do not dispose of any waste in the toilets and use the designated waste bins instead.
  15. Wastewater from your mobile toilets can be emptied at the disposal points near the sanitary building. Please only use sewage treatment-friendly sanitary additives if necessary. Under no circumstances should wastewater be allowed to seep into the ground, nor should it be disposed of directly into the rainwater drainage system!
  16. Water is a precious resource. Please use it sparingly and teach your children to do the same. The water hardness at our site is soft (5.66 DH). Please use detergent sparingly and avoid using fabric softeners in the washing machines.
  17. Cars, motorcycles, caravans, and awnings may not be washed or fueled on the campsite.
  18. The power supply for individual pitches is allocated. Each connection is equipped with a residual current device (RCD). Independent connections to the power supply are not permitted. Extension cords must be completely unrolled. Only CEE plugs are allowed for connections.
  19. Please report any damages to communal facilities at the reception.
  20. The campsite is reserved for those seeking relaxation. Any commercial activities, exhibitions, and the sale of goods are prohibited, as are gambling with payouts and betting events.
  21. Dogs must be registered and kept on a leash at all times on the campsite. They are not allowed in the sanitary facilities (except for the dog shower). Exercise areas for dogs are located outside the campsite. Please ensure your dog does not relieve itself on paths, meadows, or fields.
  22. Open fires are not allowed on the site. Grilling is permitted until 10:00 PM.
  23. The owner is not liable for any damage or loss suffered by camping guests, their relatives, or visitors, unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior by the owner or staff.
  24. The owner or site manager has the right to refuse entry to persons or expel them from the site if necessary for maintaining safety and order on the campsite or in the interest of camping guests.
  25. Help us improve. Share your suggestions for improvement with us. The reception staff is available for any questions about the campsite during opening hours. Please also pay attention to the current information on the notice boards.

In Case of Emergency:

Please report emergencies (accidents, illnesses, etc.) to the reception. There is a phone booth located near the sanitary facilities (Emergency number 110 is toll-free).

These house rules are a simplified version of the general campsite conditions. In the event of a conflict, the general campsite conditions apply.

We wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay,
Your Camping am Königsberg Team
